Well-known in Central America for being the habitat to the American Crocodiles, some of them with different sizes and up to 18 feet long. This Safari will allow you to have a close up of these prehistoric reptiles that have been on earth for over 100 million years.  the river boasts a wide variety of wading birds and some of them are endemic, such as the American pygmy kingfisher, the rare boat-billed heron, the beautiful roseate spoonbills, and migratory great blue heron. In fact, this river tour will let you see up to 59 species of birds that have been reported in the area.
